Camilla and Marc launches first South Australian boutique in Burnside Village

Designed by Creative Director Camilla Freeman-Topper and CEO Marc Freeman, in collaboration with long-term architectural partners Akin Atelier, the new boutique extends the brand’s core ethos: to create artful, elevated designs that foster a sense of connection. The space offers a warm, tactile environment rooted in architectural minimalism, with a palette specifically chosen to let the clothing and craftsmanship take centre stage.

Upon entering, visitors will experience an atmosphere that reflects the Australian landscape’s earthy, textural, and thoughtful tones. The walls are finished in MOMA, a lime-based material that provides a soft, refined concrete effect, blending traditional techniques with modern forms. The carefully curated furnishings emphasise circularity and timelessness, featuring meticulously sourced vintage Italian furniture and sculptural works that create an environment feeling both contemporary and rich with history.

Among the notable artwork and vintage furniture pieces are a 1970s Cassina lounge chair in the fitting rooms, complete with original brown leather upholstery and tubular chrome frames. In the lounge area, 1970s aluminium and mohair sofas provide a tactile and grounding experience for guests. A hand-carved rouge wall sculpture, crafted from a single block of marble, serves as both an artwork and a raw, textural centrepiece. A limited-edition aluminium tile work that interacts with light, shadow, and reflection completes the curated collection.
