French Aerospace Pioneer re-commits to South Australia through Significant Lease Agreement

The Cohen Group is pleased to announce the signing of a new lease agreement with long-standing tenant Sogeclair at 15 Cypress Street Adelaide, solidifying a valued partnership spanning over a decade.

 

Sogeclair, a French founded, global leader in aerospace, engineering and simulation services, has renewed its commitment to the Adelaide market by securing a continued occupancy at the strategically located facility. The lease reflects both Sogeclair’s confidence in South Australia and ongoing growth within the local market.
